Sneh-Prayas has been making constant efforts to create enabling supporting systems for the children and women of most vulnerable background, including earthquake affected rural areas of Kutch. Some of the tangible achievements of our programs are as follows:

• More than 220 drop out and non school going children have been mainstreamed into the main education system through Sneh Prayas' NFE centers.
• Regular health camp has helped in generating data about common diseases and symptoms in local children.
• There is an apparent fall in rate of morbidity due to regular health check-up.
• More than 50 women after training have started their own enterprises.
• More than 50 women have become self-reliant after starting their own enterprises by getting loan from Mahila Mandals.
• Houses have been constructed for 7 disables, 21 widows and 2 uncared olds.

• So far more than 104 earthquake affected most vulnerable families have been facilitated with this component.
  
• 68 uncared olds and widows have been facilitated with this service after the earthquake.
  
• All bonafide disables of intervention area have been facilitated ST pass from the Govt.
  
• Because of Sneh-Prayas' intervention, grant for house construction has been doubled for all villagers of Kandel.

• "Ekal Nari Sangathans" have been formed in every village of intervention area, which are working efficiently on the issues related to widows.
  
• SHGs of disables have been formed in most of the villages under intervention.
